This Agreement is liable to each person using the Service (“Users”), whether they are visitors only browsing our Services or registered customers. The right to use our Services is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or company. Taking part in or receiving certain Services may require agreement to additional terms and conditions. This Agreement shall be written and executed in the English language, and the Services are provided in English, including customer support.
1. Registration and using the Services
The same person may register only one Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and agree to notify Dollydust if you suspect that your Account has been used without permission or your password has been accessed. Users are responsible to have adequate skills in using the website, software and online store to use our Services.
There is no time limit for creating your book. However, if any edits have not been made to the book for 8 months, we will send you a reminder email. If any edits have not been made to the book in 10 months, the book along with the images uploaded for filling the book will have to be deleted to save server space.
We have the right to suspend or terminate any Account (without notice) if we have reasonable doubt that this Agreement is compromised.
2. Regulations for content
Our customers always maintain the ownership to and are solely responsible for the images and other content (“User Content”) they create or upload to our services. Dollydust accepts no liability for the User Content. Content that is uploaded or edited to our Services must not violate anyone’s copyright, be harmful, offensive or contravene any applicable law or regulation. Customers must adhere to the laws of the corresponding country. In case a third party states a claim against Dollydust Oy in connection with your order or other use of our Services, you will be liable to ward off the claims at your expense and to reimburse Dollydust for damages incurred.
You agree that we may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit or remove any User Content added to the Service in our sole discretion. If we detect any malpractice that violates Our Regulations for content, we may without notice delete the content or prohibit access to the Service. The Service can be made unavailable to Users who have previously been removed from the Service. 3. Pricing and fees
Dollydust may modify or add Products (“Products”, as currently meaning Baby Books, Photo Books and Wall Art prints) to our Services. Our product prices and shipping costs may change over time, and by using our Services, you agree to the current charges for the use of the Service and products.
4. Terms of purchase for products
Ordering our products requires you to be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. When you order our products, you will be required to give us a valid credit card number and associated payment information. In the order checkout, the User places the order for a Product and agrees to its purchase. By placing your order, you agree that Dollydust immediately invoices your account for the fees due to Dollydust for the purchase of our products. After the payment, you will receive a confirmation email and an additional email to notify the delivery is on its way. After we have received an order, we are unable to modify, delete or combine it.
In certain cases, such as incompliance to the Terms, breach of the Regulations for content, payment processing issues, use of images that cannot be printed (corrupted image files, images uploaded in an unsuitable format or that would clearly result in insufficient printing quality), we may reject an order and refund the payment. If your order is rejected, we will contact you as soon as possible to deal with the matter. We may also require additional information before accepting an order.
5. Gift Cards
Gift Cards will be added to our product line soon after launching and can be bought through our online store. Buying or redeeming Gift Cards means the customer accepts Dollydust’s Terms and Conditions. Gift Cards have no expiration date and will be provided in electronic form. We don’t charge any fees when purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card.
Gift Cards are not accepted for previous purchases. Purchases and applicable costs (e.g. shipping and handling and taxes) are deducted from the Gift Card balance. The remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card account for further use. If a purchase totals more than the Gift Card amount, the customer pays the remaining balance with the payment method he/she chooses. The balances will be used for the placed order total instead of specific order items. Multible Gift Cards cannot be combined into a combined balance.
Dollydust is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards. Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
6. Printing and production time
All orders are aimed to be printed and processed within 10-12 working days of receipt of the payment. Dollydust’s printing partners are situated in the United Kingdom (covers) and Finland (books and wall art). Due this reason and the premium quality we offer, we need slightly longer production times than may be the case with many larger photo book suppliers. Slightly delayed printing and production times do not give a right to cancel an order or receive compensation, but we may try to compensate the lost time by choosing a faster shipping method at our expense.
7. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer and shipping agent upon delivery. In cases of lost or damaged delivery, we have no legal obligation for refund but we will help to seek compensation from the third-party deliverers and make a reorder if agreed. Delayed shipping times do not give a right to cancel an order or receive compensation.
Our customers outside the EU area can choose a delivery method with a tracking code (Priority Mail Express International) or without a tracking code (Economy Mail). In the case of Economy Mail, the customer is not able to track the delivery and chooses this shipping method at his or her own risk. In such cases, Dollydust may provide assistance but is not obliged to attempt to find lost packages.
To make inquiries about lost packages, the following maximum shipping times must have expired for the chosen shipping method. In the EU area, shipping agent General Logistics Systems, GLS (www.gls-group.eu), promises a delivery time of 2-6 working days. For Non-EU orders, Dollydust’s partner Posti Group Corporation (www.posti.fi/private) states the following delivery times: 15-35 days for Economy Mail and 5-12 days for Priority Mail Express International. Our possibilities to assist in finding lost packages is likely to be minimal.
8. Warranty and Returns
We aim to offer premium quality products and ask you to contact us by email if you are not fully satisfied with our products at hello(a)dollydust.com
However, please note that we are unable to preview and check your orders or edit products. You are solely responsible to preview and check your order carefully before placing it, and our warranty does not cover e.g. grammatical errors, unfinished text, low-resolution / dark images (we do not use Auto-Enhance), or other unsatisfactory content added by the User. In case of corrections or reorders, we can at most advise on required changes, as we are unable to edit your products. Errors in choosing a product, product quantity or other mistakes when placing an order do not give the customer the right to file a complaint or receive reimbursement.
As we offer personalized products, orders cannot be cancelled or returned on any other grounds other than production errors or material defects.
Our Services are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. The company disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and makes no warranties about the accuracy and completeness of our Services. Dollydust’s liability is limited to production errors and material defects. If you notice such errors or defects, Dollydust will send another copy of the product with no extra cost. For a replacement Product, the customer must contact Dollydust’s customer services within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product.
The printing quality of the ordered photo books cannot exceed that which can be expected based on what the customer sees on the book preview on computer screen. Some minor differences in, for instance, color fidelity may appear in different prints of the same books. Although the printing machines are calibrated each time printing begins, in the case of digital printing even minor differences in temperature or humidity may alter colors. Dollydust is entitled to request the customer to return the defective Product in order to ensure that the Product is defective and eligible for a return.
You should ensure that your Images and other User content is stored safely elsewhere. Dollydust is not responsible for the loss, deletion or corruption of any User Content.
Our Software is provided on an ‘as is’ basis without any warranties of any kind. Dollydust is not liable for any claim, damages or other liability in connection with the software or the use of it. Software may from time to time contain bugs and errors and if you notice any, we ask you to contact us by email at hello(a)dollydust.com

11. Copyright and Jurisdiction
Dollydust is a registered Trademark and may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service that would be likely to cause confusion. Dollydust’s trademark may not be copied or imitated, in whole or in part. All content on our Services, including but not limited to product designs, texts, graphics, page templates, decorations, illustrations, logos, software and other material of Dollydust available on our Services are the proprietary property of Dollydust with all rights reserved. You must not reverse engineer or decode the software and its source code.
Any use of our Services or the Content on our Services other than as specifically granted herein is strictly prohibited.
The terms of this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties. This Agreement is subject to Finnish law and may not be transferred. By using our Services, you agree that the laws of Finland will govern this Agreement, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws that would require or permit the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. All disputes related this contractual relationship shall be handled in the courts in Finland.
